100 Push Kicks at 5 am
Rise and shine.
This was a wake up blood pumping bit of calisthenics in the morning.
100 very controlled light push kicks to get the blood flowing and open the hips with a bit of dynamic stretching.
I dont use music when I train, mostly because I cannot be bothered to find the right energy music and all of that set up. I just find whatever tune is on the app
