It isnt as easy as it once was. My form is super strict and my cadence is even throughout the set. I try to keep the army form and cadence. 123-1
Improving stamina is the goal. My upper body strength is lacking. Work has to be done. The old school push pull exercises are best. Grappling involves a lot of push ups and push downs. Muscular endurance training is important for not only strength in wrestling but in striking as well. The average untrained person can throw about 8 full power shots before gassing out.
Obviously these notes are for me more than anyone. I am wasting my time typing this out but maybe one or two kids can benefit from my training experience and cut through some of the trial and error people go through in fitness training.
