6 am Sword and Dagger Cardio

I have a bunch of these aluminum sword and dagger sets for sale. I enjoy training with them because they are quite heavy. Grip work and muscular endurance is built up when using heavier equipment. If it were 100 years ago and I were to have to fight with a cutlass or some type of back sword I bet they are a little lighter than my training gear. Speed and endurance can be improved with regular practice.
