August 24 Swords & Kettlebells 430 am
I am recording my calisthenics for my own record and accountability.
I warmed up with single and double sword striking styles. Then i did kettlebell squats and presses in circuit style.
Then at 6 pm I trained rope pull ups, knee raises, straight bar dips, Swiss ball pikes, just moving around taxing my capacity to keep moving for spot to spot.
