I will be sharing some beginner drills.
It will mostly be based on impact weapons training.
In this video I will demonstrate a way to create space without appearing becoming the aggressor.
In this I reach out and simply start a push fast enough for it to make a pop when the palm hits the target. As my momentum gathers some speed i step behind it using a principle of short range power from Wing Chun.
There is some footwork and leaning in the right time to help add necessary force.
