Grappling in Self Defense

The Fisticuffs Guilde has a new focus. I, Angel Ariz, had made training the ground work and take downs a main focus of my CJKD. Sifu Paul Vunak has put out a decree that l current PFS members train in BJJ and catch wrestling.

This Monday, October 17, I will be teaching entries to grappling as well as Filipino Knife drills. 5pm till 8 or 9 pm.
