Hot weather cardio
Warm weather races require you to get outside and train in the elements.
No way you can run on a treadmill in an air conditioned, climate controlled environment, and expect to preform the same on a hot-humid or cold race day.
You have got to get out and train in the open air.
Here i have a few movements I want to work on.
Cardio-with burpees
Get Ups- for functional strength and core stability work.
Abdominal warm ups for the cleans and presses.
And most importantly...I was outside in 85 degree weather.
