Training functuonal movements has become way more entertaining for me than just doing a sets a day reps scheme of exercises. I have accepted the fact that I am not built for bodybuilding long ago. My training lends more to mobility and function than it does muscle hypertrophy.
Using the tire forces me to lift my body weight in a step up motion. It also allows for a better dynamic stretch.
My overhead squat is terrible. I will be working on that as time passes.
