I move straight forward, exaggerated movement to show the direction of force.
In this particular tool, strength is low on the importance scale. This exercise requires timing and explosiveness to score the target and move a body. This may seem easy. However, the timing can be tricky.
*Hand before foot
*straight forward press
*drop step (fall in to make use of mass X acceleration) to make it work in real-time
When training with a partner headgear (fencing helmet) with a screen to protect the face is necessary.
